Privacy Statement

We respect your right to privacy. This web page discloses the information practices for the FundStudio Web site, including what type of information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

Non-Personal Information

In general, you can visit FundStudio on the Internet without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Our web servers do not collect the e-mail addresses of visitors. However, we may collect and store other information about your visit on an anonymous, aggregate basis. This information may include the time and length of your visit, the pages you look at on our sites, and the site you visited just before coming to ours. We may also record the name of your Internet service provider, browser type, and country of origin. We use this information only to measure site activity and to develop ideas for improving our sites.

Personal Information

While you can visit FundStudio on the Internet without telling us who you are and without giving any personal information about yourself, there are times when we may need information from you.

You may choose to give us personal information in a variety of situations. For example, you may want to give us information, such as your name and address or e-mail id, to correspond with you, to process an order, or to provide you with a subscription. You may give us your credit card details to buy something from us or a description of your education and work experience in connection with a job opening at FundStudio that you wish to be considered for. We intend to let you know how we will use such "Personal Information" before we collect it from you; if you tell us that you do not want us to use this information to make further contact with you beyond fulfilling your requests, we will respect your wishes. If you give us personal information about somebody else, such as a spouse or work colleague, we will assume that you have their permission to do so.

In general we use your Personal Information for two primary purposes:

  • To enable you to find or gain access to information, software or services on our web site.
  • To allow us to inform you of product updates and upgrades, special offers, new services and products, as well as updated information that may be especially pertinent to you.

We will not provide your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or any other Personal Information to any third parties except for Authorized Resellers. We may, from time to time, select other companies with pertinent information or products we think might be appropriate for you, and send you that information on behalf of that third party. To accomplish that, we would not disclose your Personal Information to them.

If you don't want us to send you e-mail or postal mail regarding FundStudio products, services, or special offers, do not check the appropriate check box requesting us to do so.

Google Analytics

When you visit, your visit is tracked by our use of the Google Analytics service, which includes the use of cookies. See for more information.

Online Registration

When you register a product, whether purchased online directly from FundStudio or otherwise, we store the Personal Information you give us on a secure server. That information is treated in the same manner as any Personal Information gathered through the online store.

What Information Do We Collect?

The type of information we maintain on our secure Personal Information server falls into two categories. The first is general information about you such as name, billing address, e-mail address, company name, etc. We do not store credit card information as part of your Personal Information. The second is product-specific information that enables us to customize information for you depending on which of our products or services you have purchased or registered. Our Technical Support department also utilizes this information when you contact it.

FundStudio reserves the right to alter our privacy principles as business needs require. Any alterations to these principles will be posted on our web site in a timely manner.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions, comments, or problems that might arise.
